How long does it take to receive my order?
Each bag is lovingly crafted with attention to detail, so please allow 3-4 business days for processing. Once your bag has been carefully made and inspected, it will be shipped directly to you. Delivery usually takes 4-7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! I’m delighted to provide free shipping on all orders within the USA. It’s my way of showing gratitude for choosing Clare’s Bags and supporting my small business.
Can I track my order?
Of course! Once your bag is on its way, you’ll receive an email confirmation that includes a tracking number. This will let you follow its journey from my workshop to your home.
What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction means everything to me. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your bag within 30 days of receiving it. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I do! I’m excited to share my bags with customers worldwide. Shipping times and costs for international orders depend on your location. If you’re outside the USA and would like to place an order, feel free to reach out for additional details.
How do I care for my leather bag?
Leather is a timeless and natural material that improves with age, gaining character and richness over time. To maintain your bag's condition, regularly apply a leather conditioner every few months to keep it soft and supple. Store it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, to prevent any damage or fading. For cleaning, simply use a soft, damp cloth to wipe it down as needed, avoiding harsh chemicals or excessive moisture that could harm the leather. Can I customize a bag?

What payment methods do you accept?
I accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover. You can also pay securely using PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact me as soon as possible at support@clare-bags.com. If your bag hasn’t been processed yet, I’ll do my best to accommodate your request. Once processing or shipping has begun, cancellations or changes may not be possible.
